Back Office Services


For simplicity, all services are provided at consistent rates:


  • £22.50 for remote work / work conducted at Offload's office
  • £28.00 for on site work (further than 20 mins drive attracts travel/time expenses)


Timesheets are run on monthly or ad hoc basis with minimum charge of 1 hour on any invoice.


On site work always attracts minimum of 1 hour charge per visit.



PA, Secretarial, Admin

Secretarial and admin work is typically conducted on an appointment basis, working with you to get through your workload rather than remotely from you. 


Our extensive experience has shown us this is the most effective way of helping our clients.


Working this way enables us to add the most value, helping you to become more efficient and confident as we teach you best practice along the way.



We typically work with cloud packages such as Xero, Kashflow and Sage One, but we can process on spreadsheet if you prefer.  We can set you up on cloud accounting and teach you how to use it. 


Please note, we do not run Payrolls or submit VAT returns.


We provide in-house bookkeeping support to a Chartered Accountants & Tax Advisory practice; Barbara Martin & Co Ltd


As a registered Accountancy Service Provider, we adhere by Anti Money Laundering Regulations. All bookkeeping clients will be asked to provide proof of ID and address, and make full disclosure regarding ownership of business.

Credit Control

We chase up your debtors by phone, email and in writing as appropriate and record all activity for your records. 


If payment is not forthcoming from standard credit control procedures, we will send out the appropriate notices before action and then issue Court claim papers via your own Government Gateway login/MCOL account. You must pay the Court fees and attend Court yourself but we will adequately prepare you before you go.
